• 日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい方は、日本語が話せる方（通訳）と一緒にご来院してください。
• 日本語以外の言語で会話や診察を行った場合ご負担いただきます。

令和7年4月診療より適応となりますので予めご了承下さい。

致外国患者

本院为无法使用日语沟通的患者提供外语服务。因此，如在诊疗过程中需要使用翻译服务，将收取每次诊疗**3,300日元（含税）**的额外费用。

请尽可能由会说日语的人员（如翻译）陪同前来就诊。

若在诊疗过程中使用非日语进行沟通，将适用上述费用。

该规定将自令和7年4月（2025年4月）起实施，敬请理解与配合。

For Non-Japanese Speaking Patients

Our clinic provides foreign language support for patients who have difficulty communicating in Japanese. Therefore, an additional fee of ¥3,300 (tax included) per visit will be charged when interpretation or non-Japanese language communication is required during consultations.

We kindly ask that you visit the clinic with someone who can speak Japanese (such as an interpreter), if possible.

Please note that if the consultation or communication is conducted in a language other than Japanese, the above-mentioned fee will apply.

This policy will take effect starting April, Reiwa 7 (2025). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
